I do my best to make sure all orders go out in a timely manner. If there are any questions, concerns, or you have a custom request, please feel free to reach out.
Some standard FAQ's for my items:
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
*First Class Mail: untracked, sent in either a secure envelope or secure padded envelope.
USPS Grounded: tracked and insured. Estimated Delivery is more accurate.
USPS Priority: tracked, insured, and expedited shipping.
*Please note, First Class is untracked, and cannot be replaced if lost in transit. USPS Grounded and USPS Priority will have insurance investigation prior to discussing replacement.

All sales are considered final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges OR refunds. IF item is damaged in transit, please contact me to discuss.
Is the drinkware dishwasher safe?
Abstract Design Mugs: No. Due to the process, the drinkware is best not to be put in the dishwasher for long lasting continuous use. All drinkware sales come with a tag to remind anyone that receives it of this caution.
Sublimated Design Drinkware: Yes. These mugs are dishwasher safe.
Is the drinkware microwave safe?
From where I have tested the creations I've kept, it has been safe in the microwave for reheating purposes (up to 2 minutes). I will continue to test products before putting them up, for your safety and mine.
PLEASE NOTE: ANY Stainless Steel Tumblers will NOT be microwave safe.
Is your bookish merchandise licensed?
YES! I firmly believe in supporting ALL of the authors. So if it is not Public Domain, then I have a licensing agreement in place with the authors and a portion of the items do indeed go to them.
Are your stickers waterproof?
I learned long ago, never use the word "proof" as someone can always prove you wrong. They are water resistant and very durable. I have and will continue to test them as I create, but in the meantime, they are perfect for laptops, kindles, phone cases, water bottles, and more.
